As a Sky Bar Service Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the outlet and ensuring that guests receive outstanding service throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities

As a Sky Bar Service Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the service team to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare dining tables before service begins
  • Arrange tables according to operational requirements and hotel standards
  • Set up cutlery, glassware, napkins, menus, and other dining essentials
  • Ensure all service stations are fully stocked before operating hours
  • Assist in preparing the outlet for daily operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas throughout the shift
  • Keep serving stations neat, clean, and properly arranged
  • Replenish dining utensils, glassware, napkins, and operational supplies whenever necessary
  • Clear used plates, glasses, and utensils efficiently
  • Reset tables promptly for incoming guests
  • Support the service team during busy meal periods
  • Assist with food and beverage running when required
  • Ensure guests enjoy a pleasant and comfortable dining experience
  • Follow all hotel service procedures and operational standards
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and workplace cleanliness
  • Observe workplace safety regulations at all times
  • Handle assigned operational duties professionally and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Report maintenance or cleanliness issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Support other operational tasks assigned by management
