FULL-TIME BARISTA OPPORTUNITY IN SINGAPORE

Luckin Coffee is looking for motivated, friendly and responsible individuals to join our growing team as Baristas across multiple locations in Singapore.

This is a full-time opportunity suitable for candidates who are interested in the food and beverage industry, enjoy interacting with customers and are willing to learn café operations from the ground up.

No previous barista experience is required. Training will be provided.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Barista at Luckin Coffee, you will be an important part of the store team and will help create a positive experience for every customer.

The role involves preparing beverages and products according to company standards, serving customers professionally, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, supporting daily café operations and working together with other team members to ensure the outlet operates smoothly.

You will be expected to provide prompt and friendly service while maintaining high standards of product quality, cleanliness, safety and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a busy café environment and should be willing to learn different aspects of daily store operations.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

– Prepare coffee, beverages and other products according to company standards and operational procedures.
– Ensure beverages and products are prepared accurately and efficiently.
– Provide friendly, professional and helpful customer service throughout each shift.
– Welcome customers and respond appropriately to customer enquiries and requests.
– Understand customer needs and provide suitable assistance.
– Maintain a customer-first attitude during all interactions.
– Ensure orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
– Assist customers with their orders when required.
– Maintain a clean, organized and comfortable store environment.
– Clean workstations, counters, equipment and other assigned areas regularly.
– Follow all company operational SOPs and workplace procedures.
– Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
– Ensure proper handling and preparation of products.
– Assist with preparation and replenishment of ingredients, packaging and other store supplies.
– Support daily opening and closing duties when required.
– Assist other team members during busy periods.
– Work together with colleagues to maintain smooth store operations.
– Communicate operational issues or important information to the store manager.
– Pay attention to customer flow and store conditions during each shift.
– Respond appropriately to changes in customer volume and operational needs.
– Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
– Maintain good communication with colleagues and supervisors.
– Follow instructions from the store manager and supervisors.
– Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
– Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the management.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer service is an important part of this position.

Baristas are expected to provide customers with a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they enter the store until their order is completed.

You should be able to communicate politely with customers, listen carefully to their requests, assist with questions and respond to customer needs in a timely manner.

You will also help maintain the overall appearance and atmosphere of the store so that customers can enjoy a clean, comfortable and pleasant environment.

STORE OPERATIONS

The Barista position is not limited to preparing beverages.

You may also be required to support various daily café activities, including product preparation, order handling, cleaning, replenishment, equipment care and general store operations.

During busy periods, teamwork is especially important. All team members are expected to support one another and help ensure customers receive their orders efficiently.

You should be prepared to move between different tasks depending on the operational needs of the outlet.

REQUIREMENTS

– No previous barista experience is required.
– Training will be provided to successful candidates.
– Previous F&B or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
– Must have a positive and responsible attitude.
– Must be willing to learn café operations and beverage preparation.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The café environment can become busy, particularly during peak hours.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working efficiently while maintaining service quality and accuracy.

You may be required to stand and move around the store for extended periods during your working shift.

Team members are expected to maintain professional conduct, good hygiene standards and a positive working attitude throughout their shifts.

TRAINING PROVIDED

Candidates without previous barista experience are welcome to apply.

Training will be provided to help new team members understand the company’s operating procedures, beverage preparation standards, customer service expectations, food safety requirements and daily café operations.
