A cleaning company in Singapore is currently looking for 1 Block Cleaner to join their team. This is a full-time position based at Kismis Road, within the Toh Tuck and Bukit Timah area.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and overall appearance of residential blocks and common areas.

The main duties may include:

• Cleaning and maintaining common areas within residential blocks
• Sweeping and mopping floors and walkways
• Cleaning corridors, staircases and other shared areas
• Collecting and disposing of rubbish according to workplace procedures
• Keeping common facilities clean, neat and presentable
• Maintaining the cleanliness of surrounding areas
• Performing general cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Reporting cleaning, safety or maintenance issues to the supervisor
• Following daily cleaning schedules and instructions
• Using cleaning equipment and supplies properly
• Ensuring assigned areas meet the required cleanliness standards
• Performing other cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This position may require the employee to work in both indoor and outdoor areas. Candidates should be comfortable working in various weather conditions and be prepared to perform physical cleaning duties as required.

The successful candidate should be able to maintain a consistent standard of work throughout the working day and follow all workplace safety requirements.

The salary offered for this position is approximately $2,080 to $2,200 per month, depending on the employment arrangement and applicable allowances.
