Job Responsibilities
As a Business Accounts Admin Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations across multiple departments. Your responsibilities include administrative support, document management, coordination with internal teams, and maintaining accurate company records.
Your daily responsibilities may include:
• Liaise with clients regarding project documentation, required information, and account-related matters.
• Communicate professionally with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and project coordination.
• Coordinate closely with the Technology team regarding database updates, infrastructure requests, and system improvements.
• Prepare, organize, verify, and process important business documents.
• Maintain accurate records of company files, documentation, and administrative reports.
• Verify information submitted by clients and internal departments.
• Create, update, and manage internal company accounts and employee records.
• Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and databases.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
• Assist managers with daily administrative operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation required by management.
• Support project coordination and monitor administrative progress.
• Schedule meetings and assist with follow-up communications when required.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and procedures.
• Work with different departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives whenever necessary.
• Handle confidential information professionally.
• Complete general administrative duties assigned by supervisors and management.
