FULL-TIME HIRING – CABIN OPERATION ASSISTANT | CHANGI AIRPORT, SINGAPORE

Job Responsibilities
The Cabin Operation Assistant is responsible for supporting airline catering and cabin operations to ensure that all flights depart according to schedule. Daily responsibilities include transporting airline meals, handling catering equipment, and coordinating with various airport operational teams.
Main duties include:
• Transport airline meals safely between airport catering facilities and aircraft.
• Load and unload catering carts, meal containers, beverages, and operational supplies.
• Deliver all assigned catering items accurately and on time according to flight schedules.
• Perform proper handover of catering carts and meal equipment to airline cabin crew.
• Ensure all catering items are complete, clean, and properly arranged before aircraft departure.
• Assist in preparing catering equipment before loading onto aircraft.
• Handle manual movement of equipment, meal carts, and supplies weighing up to 20kg.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering carts, equipment, storage areas, and operational workspaces.
• Follow all airport operational procedures, food safety requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Support smooth coordination between catering teams, airport operations staff, drivers, and airline representatives.
• Report damaged equipment, missing items, or operational issues to supervisors immediately.
• Ensure assigned duties are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Assist with additional operational tasks whenever required by supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should possess a positive working attitude and be committed to delivering high operational standards.
Requirements include:
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 3 Credits.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, warehouse, logistics, catering, food production, manufacturing, or airport operations will be an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20kg.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Able to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays according to roster.
• Able to perform overtime whenever operational requirements demand.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Able to understand and follow workplace safety procedures and company operational guidelines.
• Candidates who are available to start work immediately will have an added advantage.

• Rotating 24-Hour Shift Schedule
• Day, Afternoon, and Night Shifts According to Operational Requirements
