CHANGI AIRCRAFT CLEANER

Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are currently looking for reliable, responsible and hardworking individuals to join the aircraft cleaning operations team at Changi Airport. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness and condition of aircraft interiors, aircraft seats, carpets, lavatories and other assigned aircraft components.

The successful candidate will be expected to work carefully and systematically while following the required aircraft cleaning procedures, workplace safety requirements and airport security regulations. Attention to detail is important because aircraft interiors must be maintained to a high standard before they are returned for operational use.

Main Job Responsibilities

1. Carry out cleaning activities involving aircraft interiors and designated aircraft parts.
2. Clean aircraft seats thoroughly, including fabric, leather and other seat surfaces.
3. Perform cleaning and conditioning of leather seats and other leather surfaces.
4. Carry out basic leather care and repair-related cleaning tasks when required.
5. Remove dirt, stains, marks and other visible contaminants from aircraft interior surfaces.
6. Perform leather ink-mark touch-ups according to the required cleaning procedures.
7. Clean aircraft carpets and floor areas thoroughly.
8. Carry out carpet shampooing for areas requiring deep cleaning.
9. Perform spot cleaning on carpets to remove stains and marks.
10. Clean aircraft lavatories thoroughly and maintain the required level of hygiene.
11. Clean other aircraft interior areas and loose aircraft items according to assigned instructions.
12. Ensure all assigned cleaning areas are properly completed before the aircraft is released for the next stage of operation.
13. Use cleaning equipment, tools and materials correctly and safely.
14. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures provided by the company.
15. Follow instructions from supervisors and senior operations personnel.
16. Check completed cleaning work and correct areas that do not meet the required standard.
17. Report damaged aircraft interior items, unusual conditions or other concerns to the supervisor.
18. Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping within the assigned working area.
19. Work closely with other members of the cleaning and aircraft operations team.
20. Complete assigned tasks within the required operational schedule.

GENERAL WORKER

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Daily Rate: $110 / Day

The General Worker position provides support for aircraft ground operations, aircraft-part handling, hangar activities, transportation of materials and general housekeeping. The role is suitable for individuals who are comfortable with physical work and are able to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.

The employee may be required to move aircraft components, seats, boxes, equipment and tools between designated areas. All materials must be handled carefully and transported according to company procedures and aviation safety requirements.

Main Job Responsibilities

1. Transport aircraft parts between hangars and designated operational areas.
2. Move aircraft components safely from aircraft areas to the ground when required.
3. Transport aircraft parts from hangars to workshops and other approved locations.
4. Assist the operations team with moving aircraft seats and other aircraft-related items.
5. Clean and wash loose aircraft items according to established Standard Operating Procedures.
6. Load aircraft-related materials and equipment safely.
7. Unload aircraft items from designated transportation areas.
8. Move boxes, tools, equipment and materials within the hangar.
9. Transfer equipment between hangar areas, workshops and other designated locations.
10. Assist with arranging aircraft-related materials in their appropriate locations.
