CLEANER (1 MAN SHOW) – URGENT HIRING
Location: Killiney Road (Somerset Area), Singapore
Nearest MRT: Somerset MRT
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Schedule: 5.5 Days per Week
Salary: SGD $2,080–$2,200 per Month
We are currently seeking a dedicated, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Cleaner (1 Man Show) at our site located along Killiney Road in the Somerset area. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned premises. You will ensure that all areas remain clean, presentable, and safe for employees, visitors, and members of the public. Candidates who have a positive attitude, are physically fit, and are willing to take ownership of their work are encouraged to apply.
Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but is not compulsory. Individuals who are willing to learn and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness are welcome to join our team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily cleaning duties, including but not limited to the following:
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wash all assigned floor areas.
• Clean offices, common areas, corridors, and walkways.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, exits, and surrounding areas.
• Clean and sanitize toilets and washrooms regularly.
• Wash toilet bowls, urinals, wash basins, mirrors, partitions, and tiled walls.
• Refill toilet paper, soap dispensers, tissue paper, and other restroom supplies.
• Clean glass panels, windows, doors, mirrors, and display surfaces.
• Dust tables, chairs, cabinets, shelves, counters, and office furniture.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floor mats where applicable.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Replace rubbish bags whenever required.
• Keep rubbish collection points clean and organized.
• Remove stains, spills, dust, and dirt immediately.
• Clean staircases, handrails, lift lobbies, waiting areas, and public spaces.
• Sanitize frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, switches, and railings.
• Maintain pantry and staff common areas in a clean condition.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is properly cleaned and stored after use.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely according to company guidelines.
• Monitor cleaning materials and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or safety hazards immediately.
• Support periodic deep cleaning assignments.
• Follow workplace hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
• Perform additional cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor whenever required.
• Maintain the assigned worksite independently and ensure daily cleaning standards are consistently achieved.
