• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License
• Able to perform general cleaning duties independently
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments

• Previous cleaning or driving experience will be an added advantage

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Cleaner Cum Driver to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards at various company-managed locations while also providing transportation support for staff, equipment, and cleaning materials.

This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy a hands-on working environment, are comfortable performing cleaning duties, and possess a valid Singapore driving license. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning Duties

• Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning of carpark surfaces, ramps, pathways, staircases, and surrounding common areas
• Ensure all assigned locations are kept clean, tidy, and free from litter
• Remove rubbish, debris, leaves, and abandoned items from parking bays and common spaces
• Empty waste bins regularly and ensure proper disposal of collected waste
• Carry out washing and cleaning of designated areas according to company standards
• Clean and maintain mirrors, signboards, bollards, railings, barriers, and other fixtures within the premises
• Monitor cleanliness conditions and take corrective action when necessary
• Remove dirt, grease, oil stains, tyre marks, and other contaminants from surfaces using approved cleaning methods
• Perform drain cleaning and ensure drainage systems remain clear and functional
• Clean grease traps, sumps, and related facilities to prevent unpleasant odours and blockages
• Assist in maintaining overall hygiene and cleanliness standards across multiple sites
• Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring cleaning attention
• Follow workplace safety regulations and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment

Driver Duties

• Safely transport cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies between different company locations
• Ferry staff to and from assigned work sites according to operational schedules
• Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and in good condition
• Perform basic vehicle checks before and after usage
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly
• Plan travel routes efficiently to ensure timely arrival at work locations
• Assist in loading and unloading cleaning equipment and supplies when required
• Support operational activities by ensuring manpower and equipment are deployed on schedule

Additional Responsibilities

• Report maintenance defects, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or security concerns to supervisors immediately
• Assist supervisors with ad-hoc operational duties when required
• Work closely with team members to maintain service quality standards
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to company procedures and customer requirements
• Maintain a professional attitude when working at client premises
