URGENT HIRING – CLEANERS (CONDO, SHOPPING CENTRE, OFFICE & SCHOOL)

Location: Islandwide, Singapore
(Multiple Locations Including Marine Parade, Central Region and Other Areas)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule:
• 5.5 Days or 6 Days Per Week (Depending on Work Location)
• Monday–Saturday
• Sunday & Public Holiday Off (Selected Locations Only)

Working Hours:
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary:
SGD $2,080–$2,700/Month

• Shopping Centre Cleaner

General Cleaner Salary:
Up to SGD $2,200/Month

Clubhouse Cleaner Salary:
Up to SGD $2,300/Month

We are expanding our cleaning operations across Singapore and are looking for responsible, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our growing team. Successful candidates will be assigned to various locations across Singapore, including residential condominiums, office buildings, schools, shopping centres, and other commercial properties. Work assignments will depend on operational requirements and available vacancies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize toilets, washrooms, pantries, and common areas.
• Dust and wipe tables, chairs, furniture, shelves, glass panels, doors, windows, and other fixtures.
• Empty rubbish bins and replace trash bags.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Refill soap dispensers, tissue paper, hand sanitizer, and other cleaning supplies.
• Ensure all common areas remain clean, safe, and presentable throughout the workday.
• Operate cleaning tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Perform routine cleaning according to the assigned schedule.
• Follow workplace hygiene standards and company cleaning procedures.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all materials are properly stored after use.
• Assist with additional cleaning duties whenever required by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Only Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents (PR), or LTVP holders with a valid Letter of Consent (LOC) may apply.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not compulsory for selected positions.
• Responsible, reliable, and hardworking.
• Good attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties throughout the working day.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting light items for extended periods.
• Able to work in different environments depending on job assignment.

Uniform & Training:

• Company Polo Tee Provided.
• Employees are required to wear long black pants and covered shoes.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• No special cleaning certification is required for selected positions.
