Job Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and pleasant environment for employees, visitors, customers, and members of the public. Your daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned work areas.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, shelves, and workstations.
- Clean offices, commercial premises, common areas, corridors, staircases, and entrances.
- Clean and sanitize toilets, washrooms, and restroom facilities.
- Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, sanitizers, and other hygiene supplies.
- Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Collect, segregate, and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Wipe and disinfect high-touch surfaces including door handles, lift buttons, railings, tables, chairs, and counters.
- Clean glass doors, mirrors, windows, and display panels.
- Remove stains, dust, dirt, and debris from assigned areas.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained after use.
- Store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely according to safety guidelines.
- Follow workplace hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.
- Report damaged facilities, maintenance issues, or equipment faults to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the working shift.
- Support supervisors with additional cleaning duties whenever required.
- Perform periodic deep cleaning according to the assigned schedule.
- Ensure all assigned work areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Work closely with teammates to complete daily cleaning assignments efficiently.
Requirements
