Location: Jurong West & Other Locations Across Singapore

Work Schedule: 5.5-Day Work Week
Salary: Up to SGD $2,870/Month

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, dedicated, and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage cleaning operations at customer premises across Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, supervising cleaning staff, ensuring work is completed according to company and client requirements, and delivering excellent service quality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team.
• Ensure all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct routine inspections of work areas and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Take immediate corrective actions whenever cleaning standards are not met.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall work performance.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Provide continuous coaching and guidance to improve staff performance and productivity.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and machinery are properly maintained and used correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, tools, and consumables.
• Report equipment faults or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain positive working relationships with clients and team members.
• Prepare daily reports, inspection reports, and operational documentation when required.
• Perform cleaning duties whenever manpower support is required due to staff leave, medical leave, or unexpected absences.
• Assist management with operational planning and continuous service improvements.
• Undertake any additional duties or special projects assigned by the management or immediate superior.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good organisational and planning abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and self-motivated.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Willing to work according to operational requirements and assigned schedules.
