URGENT HIRING – CLEANING SUPERVISOR

Salary: SGD $2,870/Month

About the Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated, responsible, and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Rosewood Suites, Woodlands. This position is suitable for individuals who have previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry and are passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and operational excellence.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations, supervising cleaning staff, ensuring all assigned duties are completed according to company standards, and maintaining excellent service quality throughout the property. You will also act as the main point of contact between the client, cleaning team, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive working environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

• Supervise the overall daily cleaning operations of the assigned site.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily work schedules for all cleaning staff.
• Assign duties and deploy manpower efficiently according to operational requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and daily work performance.
• Ensure all cleaning activities are completed according to company procedures and client requirements.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness across all assigned areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas requiring improvement.
• Perform quality checks to ensure cleaning work meets company expectations.
• Carry out hands-on cleaning duties whenever manpower shortages or operational requirements arise.
• Guide, coach, and motivate cleaning staff to improve productivity and work quality.
• Provide on-site training for new employees regarding cleaning procedures and safety practices.
• Ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and machinery.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment.
• Report shortages of cleaning supplies to management.
• Ensure all cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use.
• Liaise professionally with clients regarding daily operational matters.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback, complaints, and service requests.
• Investigate operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare daily operational reports whenever required.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower deployment and work completion.
• Ensure all employees comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Promote a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
• Support management in achieving operational goals and service standards.
• Attend meetings or briefings whenever required.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Management.

Job Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum one (1) year of working experience as a Cleaning Supervisor in Singapore.
• Previous experience supervising cleaning teams is essential.
• Good understanding of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team effectively.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy.

Working Environment

This position is based at Rosewood Suites in Woodlands, Singapore. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning activities within the property and ensure that all cleaning services are delivered efficiently and professionally.

The role requires frequent movement around the property to monitor cleaning operations, inspect work quality, support staff when necessary, and communicate with both clients and management. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling operational challenges professionally.
