CLINIC ASSISTANT – GP CLINIC

My Family Clinic is hiring Full-Time Clinic Assistants to join its GP clinic team in Rivervale, Sengkang.

The Clinic Assistant will support the daily operations of the outpatient clinic, including patient registration, customer service, administrative tasks, medication-related support, billing and inventory management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Register patients and handle patient enquiries.
• Provide frontline customer service.
• Assist with prescriptions and medication dispensing.
• Process billing and Government healthcare schemes.
• Handle managed care programme transactions.
• Operate the Clinic Management System.
• Manage medicines and clinic consumable inventory.
• Support doctors and the Clinic Supervisor with daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the clinic.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates with backgrounds in Healthcare, Nursing, Medical Support, Medical Assistant or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Entry-level candidates may be considered. Previous GP clinic or outpatient experience is an advantage. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer literacy and be comfortable working rotating shifts.

Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience may be considered for a Senior Clinic Assistant position.
