URGENT HIRING – CLINIC ASSISTANT

A trusted group of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinics in Singapore is currently recruiting Clinic Assistants for various outlets located across Singapore.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of $2,500 to $3,500, together with AWS (Annual Wage Supplement). The position follows a 5-day work week, although the working schedule includes weekends and public holidays.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the clinic and providing professional frontline service to patients and customers.
This is a customer-facing position, meaning that the successful candidate will interact with patients on a regular basis. The role requires someone who is polite, patient, responsible, organized, and able to communicate effectively.
The Clinic Assistant will also assist with administrative duties, appointment scheduling, payment collection, medication dispensing, inventory management, housekeeping, and customer enquiries regarding clinic products and promotions.
The successful candidate will work together with the clinic team to ensure that patients receive a smooth, efficient, and pleasant experience throughout their visit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Frontline Customer Service
Provide excellent, friendly, and professional customer service to patients and visitors.
Welcome customers to the clinic and assist them with their enquiries in a polite and helpful manner.
Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with patients, customers, colleagues, and other clinic personnel.
Assist customers throughout the registration and appointment process where required.
2. Handle Phone Enquiries
Attend to incoming phone calls and respond to customer or patient enquiries.
Provide accurate information within the scope of the position and direct more complicated enquiries to the appropriate clinic staff when necessary.
Ensure that phone enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
3. Appointment Scheduling
Schedule and manage patient appointments according to the clinic’s operating procedures.
Assist patients with appointment arrangements, changes, confirmations, and other scheduling-related matters.
Maintain accurate appointment information to help ensure smooth clinic operations.
4. Invoice and Payment Processing
Process invoices and payment collections accurately.
Assist customers with payment-related enquiries.
Ensure that transactions are handled properly and according to the clinic’s procedures.
Maintain accurate records and support other basic administrative duties related to payments and invoices.
5. Medication Dispensing
Assist with dispensing medication according to the clinic’s established procedures.
Ensure that medication and related items are handled appropriately.
Pay attention to accuracy when preparing medication for patients.
6. Inventory Management
Monitor medication, products, and other clinic supplies.
Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
Identify items that require replenishment and support the clinic team with stock management.
Help ensure that products and supplies are properly organized and stored.
7. Clinic Housekeeping
Perform basic housekeeping duties within the clinic.
Help maintain a clean, neat, organized, and comfortable environment for patients, customers, and staff.
Ensure that the clinic’s common areas and work areas are kept in suitable condition according to workplace requirements.
8. Promotions and Products
Assist customers with enquiries regarding clinic promotions, services, treatments, and products.
Provide customers with relevant information and guide them toward appropriate products offered by the clinic.
Maintain a professional approach when explaining promotions and product-related information.
9. Support Daily Clinic Operations
Assist other members of the clinic team with daily operational activities.
Work together with colleagues to ensure that the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently.
Carry out additional responsibilities or duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification
Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification.
Candidates with other equivalent educational qualifications may also be considered subject to the employer’s requirements.
Basic IT Knowledge
Applicants should possess basic computer and IT knowledge.
The ability to use basic computer systems, administrative software, and digital tools will be useful for appointment scheduling, payment processing, inventory management, and other clinic-related administrative tasks.
Communication Skills
