URGENT HIRING – CLINICAL ASSISTANT (FULL-TIME)
Location: Bugis, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Schedule: 5 Days/Week
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Rest Days: Wednesday, Sunday & Public Holidays
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 Hour Lunch Break)
Monthly Salary: SGD $2,400 – $2,600 (Negotiable)
A well-established Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Clinic located in the heart of Singapore is currently seeking dedicated, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals to join the team as a Clinical Assistant. The clinic is conveniently located in the Bugis area, just a short walking distance from Bugis MRT and Bras Basah MRT stations, making daily commuting easy and convenient. As a Clinical Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting both front-desk administrative operations and back-end clinical duties. You will work closely with doctors, fellow clinic assistants, and patients to ensure that daily clinic operations run efficiently and smoothly. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform both administrative and hands-on responsibilities.

Primary Job Responsibilities
• Welcome patients warmly upon arrival at the clinic.
• Register new and returning patients accurately.
• Manage patient appointments and daily consultation schedules.
• Handle front-desk administrative duties efficiently.
• Perform cashiering and payment collection accurately.
• Issue receipts and maintain payment records.
• Answer phone calls professionally and respond to patient enquiries.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
• Ensure confidential handling of patient records.
• Coordinate appointment flow to reduce patient waiting time.
• Provide professional customer service throughout every patient interaction.
• Explain clinic procedures whenever necessary.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area at all times.
Clinical Support Responsibilities
• Count medications accurately according to prescriptions.
• Prepare medicine sachets and packaged medications.
• Organize pills and medication supplies carefully.
• Assist doctors with routine clinical preparation.
• Prepare treatment materials before consultations.
• Ensure consultation rooms are clean and well organized.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment and preparation areas.
• Monitor medication inventory and report low stock levels.
• Label medications correctly before dispensing.
• Support daily clinic operations as instructed.
• Assist with general clinical duties whenever required.
• Follow medication handling procedures carefully.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
Candidate Requirements
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Additional language skills such as Bahasa Indonesia, Hokkien, or Cantonese will be an advantage when communicating with patients.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
