Our outlets are located in some of Singapore’s busiest business districts, serving office workers, tourists, and regular customers every day. Salary & Benefits

  • Full-Time salary up to SGD $2,750/month
  • Part-Time salary from SGD $12.50/hour
  • Weekend Part-Time rate of SGD $13.50/hour

Successful candidates may be deployed to one of the following locations based on operational requirements:

  • Amoy Street Food Centre
  • Market Street Hawker Centre
  • Holland Drive Food Centre

Job Responsibilities

As a Traditional Coffee & Tea Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring customers receive quality food and beverages together with excellent service.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Prepare authentic Singapore-style traditional coffee and tea
  • Brew a wide variety of hot and cold beverages
  • Prepare café-style drinks including latte, mocha, hot chocolate, and matcha latte
  • Prepare toast and other light food items
  • Handle cashiering duties and payment transactions accurately
  • Welcome customers with a friendly attitude
  • Recommend beverages and products to customers
  • Ensure fast and efficient service during peak hours
  • Replenish ingredients and daily stock
  • Assist with inventory control and stock organisation
  • Receive and arrange incoming supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kiosk, equipment, and preparation area
  • Follow company SOPs and food hygiene regulations
  • Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times
  • Support logistics and daily operational activities
  • Work closely with teammates to achieve smooth daily operations
  • Assist during company events, exhibitions, office catering, festivals, roadshows, and weddings whenever required
  • Perform additional operational duties assigned by supervisors when necessary
