Work Schedule: 6-Day Work Week (5.5-Day arrangement may be required based on operational needs)
Salary: SGD 1,800–2,300/month

As a Commercial Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that all cleaning operations are carried out efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with management, operations personnel, cleaning teams, and commercial clients to ensure that every project is delivered professionally and according to company standards. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of commercial cleaning services across multiple client locations.

• Ensure all cleaning services are delivered according to company policies, operational procedures, service agreements, and quality standards.

• Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients regarding operational enquiries, service requests, scheduling matters, and customer concerns.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-up visits, and excellent customer service.

• Coordinate daily manpower deployment to ensure sufficient staffing at all assigned locations.

• Arrange work schedules and monitor attendance to ensure smooth operational coverage.

• Coordinate the distribution and availability of cleaning equipment, machinery, tools, chemicals, and consumable supplies required for daily operations.

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure cleanliness standards, workplace safety, and compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor employees’ work performance and provide coaching, guidance, and on-site support whenever necessary.

• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.

• Investigate customer complaints and operational incidents promptly, ensuring that corrective actions are taken and issues are resolved professionally.

• Work closely with the Sales Team during the onboarding of new commercial accounts to ensure a smooth transition from contract award to operational execution.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time.

• Monitor service contracts, recurring cleaning schedules, and project milestones to ensure contractual obligations are consistently met.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.

• Analyse operational performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company health and safety policies.

• Conduct routine follow-up visits to existing client sites to maintain service quality and strengthen long-term business relationships.

• Respond quickly to urgent operational issues, emergency service requests, or manpower shortages.

• Step in to provide operational support whenever staff are absent or additional manpower is required to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

• Assist management with implementing new operational procedures, service improvements, and business initiatives.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and basic training of new operational staff when required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company to support business operations and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, facilities management, commercial cleaning services, environmental services, or a supervisory position is preferred.

• Candidates with proven experience leading operational teams will have an advantage.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, supervise, and develop team members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.

• Good problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.

• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple sites, projects, and priorities simultaneously.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with colleagues and management.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Willing to travel islandwide for site inspections, client meetings, and operational support.

• Able to work a 5.5-day or 6-day work week in a field-based role.

• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications, is an advantage.
