Bin Man

The Bin Man is responsible for maintaining cleanliness around bin centres and designated waste collection areas. Duties may include handling waste, cleaning bin areas and ensuring that assigned areas are kept clean and hygienic.

Floater

Position: Clubhouse Cleaner

The Clubhouse Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of the condominium clubhouse and shared facilities.

The duties may include cleaning floors, corridors, common areas, toilets, entrances and other facilities assigned by the supervisor or site management.

MEYER ROAD – CONDOMINIUM

Position: Clubhouse Cleaner

The Clubhouse Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable environment within the clubhouse and designated common facilities.

The employee may be required to clean floors, surfaces, toilets, entrances, recreational areas and other assigned areas according to the cleaning schedule.

TANAH MERAH – CONDOMINIUM

Position: Block Cleaner

The Block Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of condominium blocks and common areas.

Typical duties may include sweeping, mopping, cleaning corridors, staircases, walkways, lift areas and other assigned facilities.

GENERAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the assigned location and position, the responsibilities may include:
