The successful candidate will become an important member of the property management team, working closely with management representatives, residents, maintenance contractors, cleaning staff, landscaping teams, security officers, and external service providers. Your daily responsibilities will involve supervising operations, resolving issues promptly, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining excellent service quality, and creating a comfortable living environment for all residents.
Whether handling routine inspections, coordinating repair works, managing contractors, or responding to residents’ feedback, you will play a significant role in maintaining the reputation and operational excellence of the condominium.

Work Locations
Successful applicants may be assigned to any of the following locations depending on operational requirements and manpower needs:
- Bukit Batok
- Bukit Timah
- River Valley
- Tanglin
- Singapore
Assignments may vary according to project requirements, and candidates should be willing to work at different condominium developments when necessary.
Salary
SGD 2,700 per month
Additional remuneration may be available depending on company policy, experience, performance, and operational requirements.
Working Schedule
- Full-time position
- 6 working days per week
- Stable long-term employment
- Rotating shifts may be required depending on the assigned condominium
- Weekend or public holiday duties may occasionally be required according to operational needs
- Annual leave and statutory benefits in accordance with Singapore employment regulations
Key Responsibilities
As a Condominium Supervisor, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise the daily operations of assigned condominium properties.
- Lead and coordinate teams of cleaners, security officers, technicians, landscapers, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure all common areas, facilities, and public spaces are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections of residential buildings, facilities, mechanical equipment, and surrounding grounds.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and monitor repair works.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and according to quality standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Respond professionally to residents’ enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Investigate operational issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Prepare inspection reports, maintenance records, incident reports, and operational documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels for maintenance materials and cleaning supplies.
- Ensure all workplace safety procedures are followed by employees and contractors.
- Assist the condominium management office with administrative and operational tasks.
- Coordinate emergency responses during incidents such as equipment failures, water leakage, fire alarms, lift breakdowns, or other unforeseen situations.
- Ensure compliance with condominium by-laws, workplace safety regulations, and company operating procedures.
- Attend meetings with management committees, contractors, and residents when required.
- Monitor the performance of outsourced service providers and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Support property managers in planning annual maintenance programs and facility improvements.
- Maintain positive working relationships with residents while providing excellent customer service.
- Promote a safe, pleasant, and welcoming residential environment for all occupants.
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Singaporean applicants only.
- Previous experience in condominium operations, facilities management, building maintenance, or property management is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate professionally with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications, is an advantage.
- Able to prepare simple reports and maintain operational records.
- Willing to work a six-day work week.
- Physically fit to conduct regular site inspections throughout the condominium.
- Positive work attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
