Available Positions

Cook (Asian / Western Cuisine)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Asian or Western dishes according to company recipes and operating standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, freshness, and presentation meet company expectations.
• Prepare ingredients before service, including cutting, marinating, portioning, and storing food properly.
• Monitor food inventory and inform supervisors when stock replenishment is required.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Minimize food wastage through proper preparation and storage procedures.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen workstations.
• Assist with menu preparation and daily production planning when required.

Assistant Cook

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Cook in preparing ingredients and meals.
• Wash, cut, peel, and prepare vegetables, meat, seafood, and other ingredients.
• Support cooking during busy meal periods.
• Prepare sauces, side dishes, and simple menu items.
• Refill ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Ensure kitchen utensils and equipment are cleaned after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
• Follow instructions from senior kitchen staff.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly.

Kitchen Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking.
• Wash vegetables, fruits, meat, and seafood.
• Organize kitchen supplies and storage areas.
• Clean kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Replenish ingredients throughout operating hours.
• Assist cooks whenever required.
• Dispose of kitchen waste according to company procedures.
• Ensure all preparation areas remain clean and organized.
• Support daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.

Cashier

Job Responsibilities

• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately.
• Handle cash, NETS, credit card, and digital payments.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Process customer orders efficiently.
• Answer customer enquiries politely.
• Balance daily cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cashier counter.
• Promote menu items or company promotions when required.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth customer service.

Dishwasher

Job Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, trays, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Clean kitchen equipment after each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area.
• Separate waste according to company procedures.
• Ensure sufficient clean utensils are available during operating hours.
• Support the kitchen team with general cleaning duties.
• Follow hygiene and workplace safety standards at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
• Responsible, reliable, and hardworking.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts when required.
