IMMEDIATE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT

Full-Time | Permanent Position

Working Schedule

  • Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • 5.5-day work week
  • 6 off days every month (4 weekdays and 2 Sundays)
  • Retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays according to the roster

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting the daily operations of the outlet.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Follow up on customer enquiries and leads received through phone calls, walk-ins, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Contact customers to schedule, confirm, and remind them of upcoming appointments through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, or email.
  • Welcome customers professionally upon arrival and ensure they have a pleasant experience throughout their visit.
  • Provide accurate information regarding beauty, hair care, and slimming treatments and answer customers’ enquiries confidently.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules efficiently to maximize daily operations.
  • Handle cashiering duties, payment collection, and transaction processing accurately.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as updating customer records, maintaining appointment schedules, and preparing daily reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at the reception and waiting area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
  • Support daily outlet operations and perform any additional duties assigned by management when required.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused and service-oriented personality.
  • Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Telemarketing or Customer Service experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.
  • Sales-driven and motivated to achieve performance targets.
  • Strong interest in the Beauty, Hair Care, Wellness, or Slimming industry.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willing to learn and continuously improve through company training.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply as full training will be provided.
