We are currently seeking dedicated, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our cleaning team as Condo Compound Cleaners. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in an outdoor environment and take pride in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within residential properties.

As a Condo Compound Cleaner, you will play an important role in ensuring that the condominium premises remain clean, safe, organized, and welcoming for residents, visitors, contractors, and guests. You will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the property’s outdoor areas and common facilities while supporting the daily cleanliness operations of the condominium.

The successful candidate will work closely with the site supervisor and other team members to ensure that all assigned cleaning duties are completed according to company standards and operational requirements. Candidates who are reliable, physically fit, and capable of carrying out cleaning duties independently are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

General Compound Cleaning

• Sweep common areas daily to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Clean walkways, pathways, pavements, and pedestrian access routes.
• Remove dust, dirt, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas.
• Ensure entrances and exits remain clean and presentable.
• Maintain cleanliness of drop-off points and common gathering areas.
• Keep outdoor seating areas clean and organized.
• Remove litter from all designated locations within the condominium compound.
• Maintain cleanliness of driveways and vehicle access areas.
• Ensure all assigned cleaning zones meet company cleanliness standards.

Outdoor Area Maintenance

• Pick up fallen leaves, branches, and other debris.
• Clear rubbish from landscaped areas when necessary.
• Clean around playgrounds, fitness corners, and recreational facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness around swimming pool surroundings where assigned.
• Ensure garden pathways remain clean and safe for residents.
• Remove visible dirt and waste from outdoor facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify cleaning requirements.
• Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the condominium environment.

Waste Management Duties

• Empty rubbish bins from designated locations.
• Replace rubbish bags when necessary.
• Transport waste to designated disposal points.
• Ensure refuse collection areas remain clean and tidy.
• Monitor rubbish bins and report overflow issues.
• Assist with proper waste segregation when required.
• Keep waste disposal areas free from unnecessary clutter.

Cleaning Equipment Handling

• Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
• Store cleaning tools properly after use.
• Report damaged equipment to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure cleaning materials are used according to workplace guidelines.
• Monitor supply levels and report shortages when necessary.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow all workplace safety regulations and cleaning procedures.
• Wear required protective equipment when performing duties.
• Ensure cleaning activities do not create hazards for residents or visitors.
• Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and damaged facilities promptly.
• Follow instructions provided by supervisors and management.
• Maintain professional conduct while working within residential premises.

Additional Duties

• Assist with special cleaning projects when assigned.
• Support periodic deep-cleaning exercises.
• Carry out ad-hoc cleaning tasks requested by management.
• Assist other cleaning team members when operational support is required.
• Participate in maintaining overall site cleanliness standards.
• Perform any other cleaning-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor cleaning duties.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and carry out manual cleaning tasks.
• Responsible and reliable with good attendance records.
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to follow instructions carefully.
• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not compulsory.
