DENTAL SURGERY ASSISTANT

Salary: $2,600 – $3,500/month

JOB OVERVIEW

A dental clinic in Tanjong Katong / Marine Parade is hiring a motivated and responsible Dental Surgery Assistant to support dentists and patients in daily clinic operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist dentists during dental treatments and procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and dental materials.
• Assist with sterilisation and infection-control procedures.
• Welcome patients and handle enquiries professionally.
• Manage appointments and follow-up schedules.
• Respond to enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and social media.
• Assist with treatment plans, patient communication and payments.
• Maintain patient records and clinic documentation.
• Coordinate dental laboratory cases.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the clinic.

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and patient-focused.
• Able to work well in a team and busy clinic environment.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
• Dental, healthcare or clinic experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
