As a Dishwasher, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the kitchen. Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment is essential to the smooth running of the restaurant, and your contribution will help ensure that kitchen staff always have clean equipment available for food preparation and service.

Job Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, plates, bowls, cups, glasses, trays, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.
• Clean pots, pans, cooking equipment, and food preparation tools.
• Operate dishwashing machines according to company procedures.
• Ensure all cleaned items are properly dried and stored in their designated locations.
• Keep the dishwashing station clean, organized, and free from clutter.
• Dispose of rubbish and food waste according to company guidelines.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors when required.
• Clean sinks, countertops, shelves, and other kitchen work areas.
• Replenish cleaning chemicals and washing supplies when necessary.
• Follow all food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Support kitchen staff with general cleaning duties during operating hours.
• Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen before opening and after closing.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Requirements
