ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Dormitory Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of the factory compound and dormitory premises.

The role involves regular cleaning of different areas within the workplace, including floors, common areas, glass panels, toilets and other designated spaces. You will be expected to complete your assigned cleaning duties carefully and consistently while following instructions and workplace requirements.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Factory Compound Cleaning

Maintain the cleanliness and general appearance of the factory compound on a daily basis.

Responsibilities may include:

• Sweeping the factory compound and surrounding areas.
• Mopping designated floors and surfaces.
• Washing areas that require regular cleaning.
• Removing dust, dirt, rubbish and other unwanted materials.
• Keeping walkways and common areas clean and tidy.
• Ensuring assigned areas are maintained in an orderly condition.
• Carrying out routine cleaning according to instructions from the supervisor.
• Reporting any cleaning-related issues or areas requiring attention to the supervisor.

2. Dormitory Cleaning

Take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of designated dormitory areas.

Duties may include:

• Sweeping dormitory floors and common areas.
• Mopping and washing designated areas.
• Cleaning shared spaces and surrounding areas.
• Removing rubbish and maintaining general tidiness.
• Ensuring common areas are kept clean and presentable.
• Performing regular cleaning according to the assigned schedule.
• Following the supervisor’s instructions regarding specific areas that require additional cleaning.
• Maintaining proper hygiene standards within the assigned dormitory areas.

3. Floor Cleaning and Washing

Regular floor maintenance will be an important part of the position.
