DORMITORY CLEANER – URGENT HIRING

As a Dormitory Cleaner, you will play an important role in ensuring that all dormitory and factory facilities remain clean, hygienic, safe, and comfortable for employees and residents. Your contribution will help create a healthy working and living environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation every day.

Candidates with a positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but is not mandatory, as training will be provided to suitable candidates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general cleaning and housekeeping duties, including but not limited to the following:

• Sweep, mop, wash, and maintain the cleanliness of the factory compound.
• Sweep and mop all dormitory floors, corridors, walkways, and common areas.
• Clean staircases, lift lobbies, entrances, and exits.
• Wash and disinfect factory toilets and dormitory washrooms.
• Clean toilet bowls, urinals, wash basins, mirrors, partitions, and walls.
• Refill toilet paper, soap dispensers, and other restroom supplies whenever necessary.
• Wipe and polish glass panels, windows, doors, and other glass surfaces.
• Dust furniture, cabinets, shelves, tables, chairs, and other fixtures.
• Clean dormitory rooms and common facilities according to company standards.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Collect, separate, and handle waste according to workplace procedures.
• Ensure rubbish collection points remain clean and organized.
• Remove stains, spills, and dirt immediately to maintain cleanliness.
• Vacuum carpets and mats where applicable.
• Clean pantry areas, dining areas, and other shared facilities.
• Wash and sanitize frequently touched surfaces.
• Clean railings, handrails, switches, and door handles.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is cleaned after use.
• Store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow company hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Follow workplace safety procedures while performing duties.
• Wear the required personal protective equipment whenever necessary.
• Assist with scheduled deep cleaning activities.
• Support special cleaning assignments during inspections or company events.
• Maintain cleanliness both indoors and outdoors.
• Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to schedule.
• Perform any additional cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
