We are looking for dedicated, responsible, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Drink Stall Assistant at Changi Airport. Whether you already have experience in a coffee shop, café, bakery, restaurant, food court, or hawker stall, or you are completely new to the industry and willing to learn, we welcome your application. Training will be provided to help you understand daily operations and prepare you for success in your role.

As a Drink Stall Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing traditional local beverages, assisting customers, handling cashiering duties, and ensuring that food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. You will work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, efficiency, and excellent customer service are highly valued.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, preparing food and beverages, and working in a dynamic airport environment serving both local and international customers.

Position Available

Drink Stall Assistant

You will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations by preparing food and beverages efficiently while providing excellent service to every customer.

Job Responsibilities

Your daily duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and serve traditional local coffee, tea, and other hot beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
  • Toast bread and prepare eggs following company procedures.
  • Ensure food and beverages are prepared accurately and consistently.
  • Handle cashiering duties and process customer payments accurately.
  • Provide friendly, polite, and professional customer service.
  • Take customer orders efficiently during busy operating hours.
  • Answer customer enquiries regarding menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the beverage station and food preparation area.
  • Clean tables, counters, utensils, equipment, and workstations regularly.
  • Replenish ingredients, beverages, bread, eggs, and other supplies when necessary.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when replenishment is required.
  • Store ingredients properly according to food safety requirements.
  • Ensure products are always fresh and presented neatly.
  • Follow all Food Hygiene and Food Safety regulations.
  • Comply with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain personal hygiene and professional grooming standards.
  • Assist teammates whenever operational support is needed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and ready before business begins.
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualities:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage, coffee shop, café, bakery, restaurant, or customer service is an advantage but not compulsory.
  • Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
  • Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and punctual.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to stand for long periods during working hours.
  • Physically fit to carry out daily operational duties.
  • Willing to work early morning shifts.
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
  • Willing to follow company procedures and food safety regulations at all times.

  • 6 Days per Week

Working Hours

  • 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM
