As a Drinks Stall Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily outlet operations. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare bubble tea and other beverages according to company recipes and operating procedures.
• Ensure every drink is served with consistent quality and presentation.
• Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when appropriate.
• Operate the cashier and process cashless and cash transactions efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the preparation area, service counter, equipment, and dining area.
• Replenish ingredients, toppings, cups, packaging materials, and other supplies when necessary.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of any shortages.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties according to company guidelines.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with receiving and organizing stock deliveries.
• Resolve basic customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Support other operational duties assigned by the management when required.

Job Requirements

• No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.
• Candidates with experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service are welcome to apply.
