URGENT HIRING – DRIVER (F&B)

Location: Sungei Kadut / Woodlands, Singapore

Work Schedule: 4-Day Work Week

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
(8 Working Hours + 1 Hour Unpaid Meal Break)

Monthly Salary: SGD $2,300 – $2,500 (Depending on Experience)

About the Position

A reputable Food & Beverage company in Singapore is looking for a responsible, hardworking, and reliable Driver (F&B) to join our growing operations team. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy driving, working independently, and contributing to the smooth daily operations of food distribution.

As an F&B Driver, you will be responsible for transporting food products, ingredients, beverages, kitchen supplies, and other company items safely and efficiently between the central kitchen and various company outlets across Singapore. You will play an important role in ensuring that all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule so that daily business operations can continue without interruption.

We are looking for someone who has a strong sense of responsibility, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to safe driving practices. Candidates with previous delivery or logistics experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food products, ingredients, beverages, kitchen equipment, packaging materials, and operational supplies between the central kitchen and company outlets.
• Ensure every delivery is completed safely, accurately, and within the scheduled delivery time.
• Check delivery orders before departure to ensure all items are complete and properly prepared.
• Verify quantities and conditions of goods before loading them into the vehicle.
• Load and unload products carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
• Handle products according to food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Ensure chilled, frozen, and dry goods are transported according to company procedures whenever required.
• Plan delivery routes efficiently to reduce travel time while meeting delivery schedules.
• Maintain good communication with supervisors and outlet staff regarding delivery progress.
• Report delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, or delays immediately.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after each shift.
• Check tyres, brakes, engine oil, coolant, lights, mirrors, battery, fuel level, and other essential vehicle components.
• Keep the assigned company vehicle clean inside and outside at all times.
• Arrange scheduled servicing and immediately report any mechanical issues.
• Follow all Singapore traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transportation policies.
• Drive responsibly while protecting company property and ensuring the safety of all road users.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete required documentation.
• Assist warehouse staff in preparing, sorting, and organizing deliveries when necessary.
• Support logistics operations during busy periods.
• Carry out additional operational duties assigned by supervisors whenever required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company professionally during deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum Primary School, Secondary School, or GCE “O” Level qualification.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• At least one year of relevant driving experience.
• Experience driving a 1-ton lorry will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads is preferred.
• Good driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.
• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and disciplined.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, load, and unload goods.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to perform operational and logistics-related duties.
• Positive working attitude with willingness to learn.
