WORKING HOURS

7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Work Schedule Option 1

  • Monday – Saturday
  • 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Monday – Sunday (Including Public Holidays)
  • 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for responsible, reliable, and experienced Retail Outlet Cleaners to join our growing team at COS Retail Outlet, VivoCity. If you take pride in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment and are committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness, we would like to hear from you.

This position is suitable for applicants who enjoy working independently, are physically fit, and can consistently maintain cleanliness throughout the retail outlet during operating hours. Immediate vacancies are available for suitable candidates who are able to start work as soon as possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the retail outlet at all times.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • General cleaning of the retail outlet
  • Sweeping all designated floor areas
  • Mopping floors to maintain cleanliness
  • Vacuuming carpets and walkways
  • Dust mopping throughout the outlet
  • Feather dusting shelves, displays, and fixtures
  • Wiping display shelves and counters
  • Cleaning product display areas
  • Cleaning mirrors until streak-free
  • Cleaning glass panels and entrance doors
  • Cleaning fitting rooms before, during, and after customer use
  • Keeping fitting rooms clean and organized
  • Removing dust from furniture and display racks
  • Cleaning wall corners and difficult-to-reach areas
  • Emptying rubbish bins regularly
  • Replacing rubbish bags when required
  • Keeping storage areas neat and clean
  • Cleaning staff areas when assigned
  • Maintaining cleanliness of customer waiting areas
  • Spot cleaning whenever necessary
  • Responding promptly to cleaning requests
  • Ensuring walkways remain clean and safe
  • Reporting maintenance issues to the supervisor
  • Using cleaning equipment safely and correctly
  • Following company cleaning procedures
  • Following workplace safety guidelines
  • Performing any additional cleaning duties assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

  • Singapore Citizens only
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred
  • Experience in retail cleaning will be an advantage
  • Physically fit and healthy
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Responsible and dependable
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • Good working attitude
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Hardworking and committed
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to follow instructions carefully
