IMMEDIATE HIRING – FACTORY OPERATOR

We are currently looking for committed and responsible individuals to join our client as Factory Operators in Singapore. Position Factory Operator

Monthly Salary SGD 1,500

Working Hours Applicants may choose a working schedule that best suits their availability, subject to operational requirements:

• 8-Hour Shift
• 12-Hour Shift
• Day Shift
• Night Shift
• Office Hours

Employment Type

• 6-Month Contract

Completion Bonus Employees who successfully complete the full 6-month contract will receive a 1-Month Salary Bonus upon completion, subject to the company’s terms and conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general production and manufacturing duties.
• Operate machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
• Assemble, inspect, sort, and pack products.
• Ensure products meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the production area.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist supervisors with daily production requirements.
• Work closely with team members to achieve production targets.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Singapore.
• Able to join the company immediately (ASAP).
• Responsible, hardworking, and reliable.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment.
• Able to follow instructions and comply with company procedures.
• Shift work may be required depending on operational needs.
