JOB OPPORTUNITY IN SINGAPORE

Ajinomoto Factory is looking for candidates to join the manufacturing and production team in Singapore. This Factory / Production Operator position is suitable for both experienced candidates and newcomers who want to gain work experience in a professional factory environment.

No previous work experience in Singapore? No problem. Newcomers are welcome to apply, and training will be provided according to the job requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily production activities in the factory.
• Operate or assist in operating production machinery and equipment according to SOPs.
• Perform packing, labeling, sorting and product checking.
• Prepare materials and products required for the production process.
• Ensure production processes are carried out according to company procedures.
• Perform basic quality checks on products.
• Ensure products meet the required quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene and company regulations.
• Assist with moving materials or products within the production area when required.
• Report production issues or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with team members.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the company.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,500 per month.

REQUIREMENTS

TRAINING FOR NEW WORKERS

Candidates without previous factory experience do not need to worry. Training may be provided to help new employees understand the production process, equipment operation, workplace safety procedures, hygiene standards, packing processes and company regulations.

NO SINGAPORE WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

This is a good opportunity for candidates who want to start their career in Singapore. Previous work experience in Singapore is not a main requirement for this position, provided that candidates meet the company’s requirements, can follow instructions and are willing to work according to the assigned schedule.
