Position: Factory Production Operator

Location: Jurong West, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 5-Day Work Week
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Monthly Salary: SGD 1,850 – SGD 2,200

Salary will be offered based on qualifications, relevant experience, and the company’s assessment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Assemble, process, and manufacture products based on production requirements.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
• Perform packing, labeling, and preparation of finished products for delivery.
• Carry out simple machine operation and basic production tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area at all times.
• Follow workplace safety rules and company policies.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
• Report any machine faults, quality issues, or production problems to the supervisor.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizens only.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
