Job Responsibilities

– Pack food products according to company standards and production requirements
– Arrange, sort, and organize food items before packing
– Label, seal, and prepare products for storage and delivery
– Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
– Inspect food products for appearance, packaging, and accuracy
– Portion food items according to standard operating procedures
– Operate basic production equipment after receiving training
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area at all times
– Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations
– Assist with stock preparation and replenishment
– Prepare materials required for daily production
– Ensure products are packed correctly before dispatch
– Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets
– Report damaged products or equipment to supervisors
– Support other production duties as assigned by the supervisor
– Maintain an organized and efficient workstation throughout the shift

Requirements

– Valid Food Certificate is required
– No previous experience required
– Training will be provided for successful candidates
– Responsible, reliable, and punctual
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Able to work independently as well as in a team
– Comfortable working in a food production environment
– Able to stand for extended periods during working hours
– Physically fit to handle light to moderate manual work
– Able to follow instructions and company procedures
– Good attention to detail
– Committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
– Able to commit to a 6-day work schedule
