Salary:

• SGD $77/Day
• Salary Paid Monthly

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate industrial dishwashing machines according to company procedures

• Load and unload plates, bowls, cups, trays, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils into the dishwashing machine

• Scrape and rinse food residue before washing

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized

• Check that water temperature and cleaning chemicals meet hygiene and safety standards

• Separate clean and dirty kitchen equipment appropriately

• Organize cleaned items for kitchen staff to use

• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area throughout the shift

• Wash large cooking equipment when required

• Clean kitchen shelves, sinks, washing stations, and surrounding work areas

• Dispose of food waste and rubbish according to company procedures

• Replace rubbish bags when necessary

• Refill cleaning chemicals and washing supplies

• Keep floors clean and dry to maintain workplace safety

• Follow all workplace hygiene regulations

• Follow food safety procedures at all times

• Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to supervisors

• Support kitchen staff during busy meal periods

• Assist with general cleaning duties assigned by supervisors

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed before the end of each shift

REQUIREMENTS

• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods

• Responsible and reliable

• Good working attitude

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Willing to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Able to follow instructions carefully

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

• Punctual and committed to work

• Able to work the assigned shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an advantage but not mandatory
