URGENT HIRING – FULL-TIME SERVICE CREW (CAFÉ)

Location: Great World City, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Alternate 5 & 6-Day Work Week (44 Hours per Week)

Working Hours (Rotating Shifts):

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

(8 Working Hours + 1 Hour Break)

Salary: SGD $2,500 – $2,600 per Month

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our café team as a Full-Time Service Crew. Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and answer enquiries.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Process cash, card, and digital payment transactions.
• Handle takeaway, online, and delivery platform orders.
• Prepare signature toast, buns, and light café menu items according to company standards.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.
• Ensure food and beverages are prepared consistently and presented neatly.
• Replenish ingredients and supplies throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness of the cashier, beverage, dining, and food preparation areas.
• Wash and organize basic utensils and equipment when necessary.
• Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when replenishment is required.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors when required.

Rotational Training

Employees will receive structured training and gain experience in different operational stations, including:

Cashier Station

• Receive customer orders.
• Process payments accurately.
• Handle online and delivery orders.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Toast Station

• Prepare toast, buns, and simple food items.
• Ensure food quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness of the preparation area.

Beverage Station

• Prepare coffee, tea, and cold beverages.
• Operate beverage equipment safely.
• Keep the beverage station clean and organized.

Requirements

• Previous Food & Beverage or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Training will be provided for successful candidates.
