URGENT HIRING – GROCERY PICKER

Location: East Region, Singapore

Salary

• Up to SGD $2,500/Month
• Weekly Meal Credits: $20
• Store & Individual Performance Bonus: Up to $300/Month
• Night Shift Allowance: $10 Per Shift
• Weekend Shift Allowance: $10 Per Shift
• Up to $20 Additional Allowance for Employees Working Both Night and Weekend Shifts

Working Schedule

• 5 Days Work Week
• 40 Working Hours Per Week
• Rotating Shift Schedule Assigned by Supervisor

Day Shift

• Any 8 Working Hours Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM

Night Shift

• 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Working hours may be adjusted according to operational requirements.

About the Position

We are looking for responsible, motivated, and committed individuals to join our grocery fulfilment warehouse team. As a Grocery Picker, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time. Every order must be picked, checked, packed, and processed carefully to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but is not required. Applicants who are new to warehouse operations are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided before work begins.

This role is suitable for candidates from warehouse, retail, supermarket, logistics, manufacturing, packing, production, or other operational backgrounds, as well as fresh applicants seeking long-term employment.

Job Responsibilities

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Pick grocery items accurately according to customer orders.
• Pack products carefully to ensure safe transportation.
• Check item descriptions, quantities, and product quality before packing.
• Perform stock counting and inventory verification.
• Replenish products into assigned storage locations.
• Organize warehouse inventory according to company procedures.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems for order processing.
• Label products and parcels correctly before dispatch.
• Prepare completed orders for delivery.
• Support inbound warehouse activities including receiving goods.
• Support outbound warehouse activities before shipment.
• Assist with inventory movements within the warehouse.
• Ensure stock accuracy throughout daily operations.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Follow workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
• Work efficiently to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Cooperate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Complete assigned duties within required timelines.
• Carry out other warehouse-related tasks assigned by management when required.

Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualities:

• Able to carry items weighing approximately 15–20kg when required.
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during working hours.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, mobile devices, and basic computer systems.
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Responsible and punctual.
• Positive working attitude.
• Willing to learn new warehouse procedures.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to cooperate effectively with team members.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Warehouse, retail, supermarket, logistics, inventory, or fulfilment experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
