URGENT HIRING – HEALTH SCREENER

Location: Simei, East Region, Singapore

Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (12-Hour Shift)

Working Schedule: Minimum 2 Weekdays + 1 Weekend

Salary: SGD $12.50/Hour (Weekly Payment)

We are currently looking for responsible, friendly, and committed individuals to join our team as a Health Screener in Singapore. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, providing assistance, and working in a healthcare environment. You will play an important role in supporting daily screening operations while ensuring visitors receive professional assistance and healthcare protocols are followed at all times.

As a Health Screener, you will assist in health screening activities, visitor registration, equipment checks, and general operational support. You will work closely with healthcare staff and supervisors to maintain smooth daily operations while providing excellent service to visitors entering the healthcare facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily health screening operations.
• Support healthcare staff during screening activities.
• Register visitors accurately at the registration counter.
• Verify visitor information before entry.
• Guide visitors through the screening process.
• Provide clear directions to clinics, wards, departments, and other facilities.
• Answer visitor enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ensure all screening procedures are carried out according to company guidelines.
• Monitor visitor flow and maintain an orderly screening area.
• Ensure health screening stations remain clean and organized.
• Check thermometers and screening equipment before each shift.
• Ensure screening equipment is functioning properly at all times.
• Report faulty equipment immediately to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate screening records when required.
• Support administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding operational matters.
• Assist with crowd management during busy periods.
• Ensure visitors comply with screening procedures before entering the premises.
• Observe workplace safety and infection control measures.
• Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling visitor information.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the reporting officer or supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be able to commit to weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work the assigned 12-hour night shift.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
