JOB OVERVIEW

A professional prenatal and postpartum care centre in Sentosa is hiring Healthcare Assistants to support mothers and newborn babies.

This position is suitable for candidates interested in healthcare and caregiving. No previous healthcare experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

The role involves assisting with basic newborn care, supporting mothers with daily needs, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and working closely with nurses and the care team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily care for mothers and newborn babies.
• Support basic newborn care such as feeding, diaper changing and hygiene.
• Assist mothers with their daily care needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
• Prepare items required for caregiving activities.
• Observe and report concerns to the nursing or care team.
• Follow workplace procedures, hygiene standards and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with nurses, caregivers and supervisors.

REQUIREMENTS

• No healthcare experience required.
• Training will be provided.
• Caring, patient and responsible attitude.
• Willingness to learn caregiving skills.
• Comfortable working with mothers and newborn babies.
• Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
• Willing to work shifts, including night shifts.
