JOB OPPORTUNITY IN SINGAPORE’S HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY
We are looking for suitable candidates to join the healthcare service team as a Ward Service Associate (Food Service) in the West Region of Singapore.
This position plays an important role in supporting patient meal services and various ward operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the hospital service team to ensure that patients receive their meals and refreshments properly and that ward service operations are carried out smoothly according to established procedures.
This position is suitable for candidates with experience in food service, hospitality, housekeeping, customer service or healthcare service. Candidates without direct healthcare experience but who are interested in working in a hospital environment are also welcome to apply, subject to the job requirements.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Basic Salary: $1,700 – $2,300 per month

WORKING HOURS
Working Days:
5 Days Work Week
Working Schedule:
Monday – Sunday, based on roster
Shift Hours:
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Candidates must be willing to work according to a rostered schedule and operational requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Ward Service Associate (Food Service), you will be responsible for supporting patient meal services and other operational duties within the ward.
Patient Meal Service:
• Take and record patients’ meal orders
• Prepare and serve patients’ meals
• Ensure meal trays are delivered to the correct patients
• Check meal trays carefully before serving
• Ensure meals and beverages correspond to the required orders or patient needs
• Assist with patients’ meal and nutritional requirements according to established procedures
• Collect and clear meal trays after meals
• Ensure meal service is carried out efficiently and on time
Pantry Operations:
• Monitor pantry stock levels
• Replenish supplies when necessary
• Arrange food, beverages, equipment and pantry supplies properly
• Keep the pantry clean and organized
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area according to hospital standards
• Carry out regular stock checks and replenishment
Ward Support:
• Assist with preparing bed linen
• Prepare light refreshments when required
• Assist with other supporting duties within the ward
• Follow instructions from supervisors and established work procedures
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth service operations
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and service standards within the work area
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum GCE N-Level
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment
• Willing to work on a rostered schedule
• Willing to work Monday to Sunday according to the assigned roster
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
• Responsible, disciplined and reliable
• Good attention to cleanliness and details
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
