Job Responsibilities
As a Home Specialist, you will provide professional household support services to residential customers while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer care.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Performing general house cleaning duties
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting all areas of the home
• Cleaning bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, and common spaces
• Cleaning kitchens, countertops, cabinets, sinks, stovetops, and kitchen appliances
• Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, shower areas, mirrors, wash basins, and bathroom fixtures
• Washing, drying, folding, and organising laundry
• Ironing clothes according to customer requirements
• Changing bed sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, and bed linen
• Organising wardrobes, cupboards, shelves, and household items
• Emptying rubbish bins and replacing trash bags
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home
• Light meal preparation based on customer requests
• Grocery shopping for selected customer assignments
• Reporting maintenance issues or unusual observations when necessary
• Using cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly
• Following company cleaning procedures and service standards
• Ensuring customer belongings are handled carefully and respectfully
• Delivering professional, courteous, and friendly customer service at all times
• Completing assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Following workplace safety and hygiene guidelines
• Maintaining punctuality and professionalism during every assignment
Candidate Requirements

Applicants should preferably have:
• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident status
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Physically fit to carry out cleaning duties

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous but not compulsory.
