Join Our Hospital Environmental Services Team

We are currently expanding our hospital operations and are looking for committed, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our Environmental Services team as Hospital Cleaners. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, hygienic, and comfortable environment for patients, visitors, doctors, nurses, and all hospital staff.

Position Overview

As a Hospital Cleaner, you will be responsible for carrying out daily cleaning duties across different hospital areas while following established cleaning procedures, workplace safety standards, and infection control guidelines. Your responsibilities are essential in supporting hospital operations and maintaining a professional healthcare environment.

This role requires individuals who are dependable, physically active, willing to learn, and committed to delivering quality work every day.


Working Location

Woodlands, Singapore

Work assignments may be allocated to different departments or hospital zones according to operational requirements.


Working Schedule

6 Working Days Per Week

1 Rest Day (Weekday)

Available Midnight Shifts:

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Shift schedules will be assigned by the operations team based on manpower requirements.


Monthly Salary

Earn up to SGD $2,500 per month depending on your assigned shift schedule and working arrangement.

Salary package may vary according to working hours, shift allocation, attendance, and company policies.

Employees receive their salary every two weeks.

Attendance bonuses may also be provided to reward employees who demonstrate excellent attendance, punctuality, reliability, and work performance.


Key Responsibilities

As part of the Hospital Environmental Services Team, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Maintain a clean, hygienic, and pleasant environment throughout hospital premises.

Perform routine cleaning of patient wards, corridors, consultation rooms, treatment rooms, waiting areas, offices, staff rooms, lifts, staircases, entrances, and public areas.

Clean and sanitize toilets, washrooms, sinks, mirrors, urinals, showers, and restroom facilities using approved cleaning chemicals and equipment provided by the company.

Sweep, vacuum, scrub, and mop different floor surfaces to maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital.

Disinfect high-touch surfaces including door handles, lift buttons, handrails, counters, reception desks, tables, chairs, waiting benches, and frequently used equipment.

Collect, remove, and dispose of general waste according to hospital cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards.

Replace rubbish liners and ensure waste bins remain clean and hygienic.

Refill consumable supplies including toilet paper, facial tissues, hand soap, sanitizer, paper towels, and other restroom essentials.

Ensure cleaning equipment, trolleys, buckets, mops, and tools are cleaned, organized, and stored properly after use.

Follow hospital infection control procedures and maintain strict hygiene standards at all times.

Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing cleaning duties.

Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, spillages, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Assist with additional housekeeping duties whenever required by the operations team.

Support daily hospital operations by ensuring all assigned areas remain presentable throughout every shift.

Training Provided
