Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

JOB OVERVIEW

Sodexo Singapore is hiring Hospital Food Servers in Little India. The role involves serving meals to hospital patients, taking meal orders, clearing trays and assisting with patient meal requirements.

The employee will work closely with hospital wards, the kitchen team and dietetics department to ensure meals are prepared and served accurately and on time.

Candidates should be service-oriented, responsible, patient and comfortable communicating with patients in a healthcare environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take and record patient meal orders.
• Deliver and serve meals to patients.
• Collect and clear meal trays.
• Coordinate with kitchen and dietetics teams.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Handle patient requests, feedback and complaints.
• Follow hospital procedures and service standards.
• Attend required training and assist with other duties when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality, food service, healthcare or related industries are preferred.

Applicants should have good communication skills, attention to detail, a positive service attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Candidates must be willing to work 6 days per week with rotating shifts in a hospital environment.
