We are currently looking for committed and responsible individuals to join our Hotel Kitchen Cleaning Team. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone seeking stable employment in Singapore with immediate deployment. Whether you have previous cleaning experience or are completely new to the industry, you are welcome to apply as comprehensive training will be provided before you begin work.

You will be working in well-established hotel environments located in Marina Square, Orchard, and Sentosa. The working environment is clean, safe, and professionally managed. Successful candidates will become part of a supportive team dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in hotel kitchen operations.

This position offers a fixed daily salary, short working hours of only 6.5 hours per shift, and a consistent 5-day work week, providing a good balance between work and personal time.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all assigned kitchen areas.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen floors.
• Wash kitchen equipment, utensils, trays, and food preparation tools.
• Ensure all workstations remain clean throughout the shift.
• Collect, remove, and dispose of rubbish according to hotel procedures.
• Replace rubbish bags and maintain waste disposal areas.
• Clean sinks, walls, tables, shelves, and food preparation surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of storage rooms and service areas.
• Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Handle cleaning equipment safely and responsibly.
• Refill cleaning supplies when required.
• Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Follow instructions from the cleaning supervisor and hotel management.
• Support the team in maintaining excellent cleanliness standards.
• Complete all assigned cleaning duties before the end of each shift.
