As an HR Coordinator, you will be involved in various stages of the recruitment process, from attracting potential candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting administrative functions. You will work closely with experienced recruitment consultants and managers who will provide one-to-one mentorship, practical coaching, and continuous feedback to help you develop valuable industry knowledge and professional skills.

This role provides exposure to recruitment operations across different industries, allowing you to gain practical experience while developing communication, coordination, problem-solving, and administrative abilities. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with candidates and clients while contributing to the company’s recruitment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact shortlisted candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
  • Coordinate and schedule face-to-face or virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Explain available job opportunities and provide accurate information regarding job requirements, salary, working hours, and company benefits.
  • Guide candidates throughout the application process and assist them in completing the necessary documentation.
  • Prepare, review, and process employment application forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Create, update, and publish job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Monitor job postings and ensure vacancies remain updated and attractive to potential applicants.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate screening based on job requirements and recruitment criteria.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment databases and ensure candidate information is properly recorded.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to enquiries from job seekers.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, interview outcomes, and onboarding procedures.
  • Assist consultants with recruitment coordination and daily operational activities.
  • Perform data entry, document filing, record management, and other administrative responsibilities.
  • Assist with attendance tracking, timesheet submissions, and simple payroll-related calculations.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, hiring campaigns, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives when required.
  • Support the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain confidential employee records.
  • Perform general office administration and other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Administration, Customer Service, Sales, or related fields are welcome.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
