Position: Kitchen Staff
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Full-Time Salary: SGD 2,380 – SGD 3,000 per month

About the Position
Kitchen Staff play an essential role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant. Working behind the scenes, you will assist in preparing ingredients, cooking food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that every dish served meets the company’s quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Staff member, your daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing ingredients before service by washing, cutting, peeling, slicing, measuring, and portioning food items.
• Assisting chefs with food preparation and cooking according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Preparing meals efficiently while maintaining consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Ensuring ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled according to food safety regulations.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen workstations, preparation tables, utensils, cooking equipment, storage areas, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Washing and organizing kitchen tools and equipment after use.
• Monitoring inventory levels and informing supervisors when ingredients or supplies require replenishment.
• Supporting kitchen operations during busy lunch and dinner service periods.
• Assisting in receiving, checking, and storing food deliveries according to company procedures.
• Minimizing food wastage through proper storage and stock rotation practices.
• Following workplace safety procedures when handling kitchen equipment and hot cooking surfaces.
• Working closely with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Assisting with opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Performing additional responsibilities assigned by supervisors whenever necessary.
