Position: Junior Fabrication Technician

Employment Type: • Full-Time • Permanent or Contract Position Available

Working Location: North West Singapore (Near Kranji MRT / Marsiling MRT / Woodlands North MRT)

Monthly Salary: SGD 2,400 – SGD 3,200 (Gross Salary)

Job Responsibilities: • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on fabrication equipment and production machinery. • Troubleshoot equipment failures and identify the root cause of machine issues. • Replace damaged or worn-out machine components and ensure equipment operates efficiently. • Carry out machine calibration, testing, and system adjustments to maintain production accuracy. • Operate fabrication equipment safely while complying with company operating procedures. • Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure all products meet company and customer specifications. • Record maintenance activities, equipment status, and repair history accurately. • Assist engineers with equipment installation, commissioning, and improvement projects. • Support production teams by minimizing equipment downtime through timely maintenance. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, machines, and workstations. • Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and cleanroom operating procedures. • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Working Hours: • 5-Day Work Week • Regular Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Permanent or Rotating 12-Hour Day and Night Shifts • Shift Pattern: 3 Work Days / 4 Off Days (3W4O) or 4 Work Days / 3 Off Days (4W3O)

Requirements: • Minimum Higher NITEC in any Engineering discipline. • Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. • Previous experience in equipment maintenance, machine servicing, or industrial repair will be an added advantage. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Willing to work rotating shifts if required. • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn. • Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
