PRODUCTION / PACKING STAFF

We are looking for hardworking, responsible and motivated individuals to join a biscuit manufacturing and production team in Singapore. This is an opportunity for candidates who are interested in working in the food manufacturing industry and gaining practical experience in production, packing and factory operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Production and Packing Staff will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the biscuit production line. Duties may include assisting with the preparation, production, packing and handling of finished biscuit products.

Main responsibilities include:

• Assist with daily biscuit production activities.
• Operate or assist with production-line processes according to company procedures.
• Pack finished biscuit products according to the required standards.
• Check product packaging, labels, quantities and overall condition.
• Perform basic quality checks during the production and packing process.
• Arrange and prepare products for storage or distribution.
• Prepare packaging materials and other items required for daily production.
• Assist with loading, unloading and moving production materials when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow food safety and hygiene requirements at all times.
• Follow workplace safety rules and company operating procedures.
• Report damaged products, packaging problems or production issues to the supervisor.
• Work closely with other production team members to complete daily targets.
• Carry out other general production and packing duties assigned by the supervisor.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The job involves working in a food manufacturing environment where employees are required to follow strict cleanliness, hygiene and safety procedures. Production staff may work on different stages of the manufacturing and packing process depending on operational requirements.

Employees are expected to maintain a clean working area, follow instructions from supervisors and cooperate with colleagues to ensure that daily production targets are completed efficiently.

SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT

The salary offered for the position is approximately SGD 2,000–2,800 per month, depending on the position, experience, working arrangement and applicable employment terms.

This is a full-time position with shift work. Working hours and shift schedules may vary according to the factory’s operational requirements.
