POSITION AVAILABLE

 

Service Attendant

 

Monthly Salary:

$2,500 – $3,200

 

Responsibilities include providing excellent guest service, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, supporting restaurant operations, and ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience.

 

 

F&B Captain

 

Monthly Salary:

$2,750 – $3,500

 

The F&B Captain will oversee daily service operations, coordinate the service team, maintain high service standards, support restaurant supervisors, assist with staff training, and ensure smooth restaurant operations throughout each shift.

 

 

SIGN-ON BONUS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering outstanding service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

 

Guest Reception

 

• Welcome every guest warmly and professionally.

 

• Greet guests with a positive attitude.

 

• Escort guests to their tables when required.

 

• Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

 

• Ensure every guest feels comfortable throughout their visit.

 

Customer Service

 

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

 

• Build positive relationships with guests.

 

• Understand customer needs and preferences.

 

• Handle guest requests efficiently.

 

• Respond politely to enquiries.

 

• Resolve customer concerns professionally.

 

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

 

Food & Beverage Service

 

• Present menus confidently.

 

• Explain menu items when requested.

 

• Recommend signature dishes and beverages.

 

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

 

• Enter orders correctly into the ordering system.

 

• Coordinate with the kitchen team.

 

• Serve food according to restaurant standards.

 

• Serve beverages promptly.

 

• Monitor guest satisfaction after meals are served.

 

• Clear finished plates efficiently.

 

• Prepare tables for the next guests.

 

Restaurant Operations

 

• Prepare restaurant before opening.

 

• Arrange dining tables according to presentation standards.

 

• Ensure cutlery, glassware, and table settings are complete.

 

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness throughout operating hours.

 

• Follow food safety procedures.

 

• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards.

 

• Support smooth daily restaurant operations.

 

• Assist with closing procedures after service.

 

• Maintain proper stock levels for service items.

 

Teamwork

 

• Communicate effectively with colleagues.

 

• Support kitchen and service teams.

 

• Assist other team members during busy periods.

 

• Participate in daily briefings.

 

• Follow instructions from supervisors.

 

• Maintain positive working relationships.

 

• Contribute to a collaborative working environment.

 

Additional Responsibilities for F&B Captain

 

Candidates appointed as F&B Captain will also be expected to:

 

• Supervise daily Front of House operations.

 

• Coordinate restaurant service teams.

 

• Monitor service quality.

 

• Ensure service standards are consistently achieved.

 

• Coach and guide junior service staff.

 

• Assist with staff scheduling when required.

 

• Support restaurant supervisors and managers.

 

• Handle guest complaints professionally.

 

• Resolve operational issues efficiently.

 

• Maintain service excellence throughout every shift.

 

• Monitor staff performance.

 

• Ensure compliance with company policies.

 

• Assist with operational reporting.

 

• Ensure effective communication between kitchen and service teams.

ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES ARE WELCOME
