SALARY

Guaranteed Basic Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 per month

Potential Monthly Income: $8,000 – $15,000 per month

Monthly earnings can potentially reach around $13,000 depending on performance and individual results.

The position offers a guaranteed basic salary together with an attractive earning opportunity. Candidates who are hardworking, motivated and able to perform well in a customer-facing retail environment may have the opportunity to achieve higher monthly earnings.

WORKING HOURS

AM Shift:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Mid Shift:
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Mid Shift:
1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Alternative Mid Shift:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shift schedules may depend on the assigned outlet and operational requirements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Luxury Skincare / Cosmetics Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customers with a professional and pleasant shopping experience.

Your main duties include:

Recommend suitable skincare, cosmetics and beauty products based on customers’ needs.

Introduce and showcase different beauty products to customers.

Demonstrate how beauty products are used and explain their key features.

Engage with customers and understand their preferences and requirements.

Provide product information and professional customer assistance.

Answer customers’ questions about the products.

Assist customers in selecting suitable products.

Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with customers.

Ensure the retail outlet remains clean, organized and presentable.

Ensure products are properly arranged and the store is fully stocked.

Maintain a premium shopping environment in line with the company’s standards.

Work together with colleagues to achieve daily store and team objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

No previous experience in skincare, cosmetics or beauty retail is required.

Training will be provided for successful candidates.

Candidates should be comfortable communicating and engaging with customers.

Good interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.

Candidates should have a friendly, confident and approachable personality.

Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Willing to learn about skincare, cosmetics and beauty products.

Positive attitude and good customer service mindset.

Able to work full-time and commit to a 5-day work week.
